New Director of Community Engagement Named

Native East Palo Alto resident David Rages II has joined EPACENTER as our new Director of Community Engagement. David comes to EPACENTER with over two decades of experience in youth development, family programming, and case management. He previously served as the Manager of the Kinship Program at the Family Resource Center in Bayview Hunter’s Point. David is also the Vice President and manager of the Ravenswood Little League Baseball team. He has lived in East Palo Alto for more than 40 years. David is responsible for building meaningful connections with East Palo Alto youth, parents, staff, instructors, and volunteers.
